Who publishes the guides
Easy Divorce Virginia is an advertising, information, and factual-intake service. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The organization is identified as the publisher of each guide; a person is not presented as an author or legal reviewer unless that identity and role have been verified.
Sources and updates
Guide pages identify their source-review date and link to the public authorities used for the subject, such as the Virginia Code, Virginia’s court system, and applicable government resources. Dates and sources are reviewed when a guide is materially updated.
Legal-review attribution
A guide will identify a legal reviewer only after a real Virginia attorney has reviewed it and Easy Divorce Virginia has verified the reviewer’s name, credentials, public profile, and responsibility for future review. A review date by itself is not presented as attorney approval.
